5-Year Limited Warranty

At RH Chair, we are committed to delivering massage chairs that combine quality craftsmanship with reliable performance. Our comprehensive warranty is designed to protect your investment and ensure lasting peace of mind.

Residential Warranty Coverage

  • Year 1: Full coverage, including parts and in-home service at no additional cost.

  • Years 2–3: Replacement parts provided free of charge; labor costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Years 4–5: Coverage limited to the structural metal frame of the chair.

Commercial Warranty Coverage

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty: Includes parts and labor for massage chairs used in commercial environments (e.g., gyms, offices, salons).

​

Floor Model Coverage

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers parts and labor for floor model chairs purchased directly from RH Chair.

Service and Support
If your chair requires service during the warranty period, our team will assist you with diagnosis, replacement parts, and, when applicable, in-home technician visits.
